Appreciated the place, had a great stay for a night prior to starting our week in Atlantic Beach. The room we booked was well kept and clean and available with a king bed and the spa tub, for example. The staff was courteous plus the location was magnificent.

The hotel is new and very clean. It is close to the river, in a business area.
The thermostat in the room did not work properly and the staff was told, however, it was not repaired. The room showed some signs of minor deferred maintenance (thermostat, broken towel rack) that is sad as the facility is very new. The pool is open for limited hours (9-9) it would be nicer if it was open for longer hours; many hotels now have 24 hour access to their pool.

The breakfast was really tasty, like those crisp waffles I haven't had in ages. The staff was attentive, always cleaning up and smiling.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but quite acceptable for what we got.

The kids had a blast swimming, and the room was super comfy with a cozy den area. The staff was nice, and the iced lemon water in the lobby was refreshing.
My kids wished the pool was cooler. We could barely enjoy it.

Avoid at all costs, terrible experience
The front desk was very helpful when we arrived, guiding us through the check-in process. I even found a hidden bag of complimentary snacks which felt like a little win after a long journey.
It was pricey for the service we received, which was truly unacceptable.
